Introduction

The Works and Services Department is responsible for the efficient functioning of all infrastructure (buildings, water, power) in the University through scheduled and ad hoc maintenance, and also runs the essential services such as Transport and Grounds and Gardens. The Department equally engages in major upgrade works on facilities when necessary. It there replicates its staff structure in all the campuses for efficient operations through designated Service Teams.
