Philosophy

Environmental Sciences deal with the planning, design, construction, management and conservation of man-made and natural environment. The various disciplines that constitute Environmental Sciences are concerned with ordering the surfaces of the earth with a view to making it functionally appropriate, aesthetically pleasing, culturally relevant, environmentally healthy and optimally utilizing available resources without disrupting the balanced eco-system.

Programme Objectives

To produce graduates with sufficient contemporary theoretical knowledge and practical skills to deal with the planning, design, construction, management and conservation of the natural and built-environments.
