Architecture
Architecture combines creativity and technical knowledge to design functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing buildings and spaces. Students learn design principles, building construction, environmental sustainability, and urban planning. Graduates become professional architects, designers, or planners who shape the built environment to meet human needs and societal goals.
Building
Building focuses on the planning, construction, and management of building projects. Students learn about construction technology, project management, building materials, and cost control. Graduates work as builders, project managers, or construction consultants, ensuring that buildings are safe, functional, and delivered on time and within budget.
Environmental Management
Environmental Management trains students to understand, protect, and sustainably manage natural resources and the environment. The programme covers pollution control, waste management, environmental impact assessment, and conservation. Graduates work in environmental consulting, policy-making, and sustainability projects, helping to solve environmental challenges and promote sustainable development.
Fine and Applied Art
Fine and Applied Art combines creative expression with practical design skills. Students explore painting, sculpture, ceramics, textiles, graphic design, and crafts. The programme nurtures artistic talent and equips graduates to work as professional artists, designers, illustrators, or art educators, contributing to cultural and creative industries.
Quantity Surveying
Quantity Surveying focuses on the management of costs and contracts in construction projects. Students learn to estimate, plan, and control project expenses, ensure value for money, and manage financial and legal aspects of building works. Graduates work as quantity surveyors, cost consultants, or project managers, helping deliver projects efficiently and economically.
Urban and Regional Planning
Urban and Regional Planning trains students to design and manage the development of towns, cities, and regions. The programme covers land use planning, environmental management, transportation systems, and sustainable community development. Graduates work as planners and consultants, helping to create organized, livable, and sustainable urban and rural environments.
