NIM Yenagoa Chapter Reaffirms Partnership with NDU

The Nigerian Institute of Management, Yenagoa Chapter, paid a courtesy visit to Niger Delta University, Yesterday m, Thursday, May 21st, 2026, to strengthen collaboration on academic partnership and human capacity development.

Led by Chapter Chairman Dr. Sani Abubakar, the delegation met with Vice Chancellor Prof. Allen A. Agih and university management, including Registrar Dr. Emmanuel Amaegbe, Special Adviser Mr. Kenedy Sawyer Brambaifa, and PRO Mr. Idoni Ngezi.

Dr. Abubakar said the visit was to deepen the existing relationship between NIM and NDU, especially in training and professional development. Prof. Agih acknowledged the institute’s long-standing contributions through lectures and capacity-building initiatives by its members, many of whom serve in public service and management roles.

Both parties highlighted the mutual benefits of the partnership and discussed NIM’s participation in an upcoming summit/event. Prof. Agih assured the delegation of the university’s continued support for NIM’s programmes.

The meeting ended cordially with a shared commitment to advance professional management practice within the academic community.
